pureglow Candle Workshop Booking Rules

1. Booking & Deposit

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your workshop date.
  • Dates are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Minimum Attendance

  • All workshops require a minimum of 10 participants.
  • If the minimum is not met, pureglow may offer:
    - A rescheduled date
    - Workshop kits
    - A credit toward a future workshop

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled event are eligible for a refund of 40% of the total deposit paid.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

4. Weather & Emergencies

  • In the event of unsafe weather or unforeseen emergencies, pureglow reserves the right to reschedule.
  • Payments will be transferred to the new date or issued as a credit (no refunds).

5. Travel & Off-Site Events

  • Hosts are responsible for providing:

- Tables and chairs
- Adequate ventilation
- A safe workspace suitable for candle making

6. Event Timing

  • Workshops begin promptly at the scheduled start time.
  • Late arrivals may miss instruction and steps. No refunds or extensions will be provided.

7. Candle Care & Curing

  • Candles must cure for 72 hours before burning.
  • pureglow is not responsible for candles burned before the cure period or improper candle care.

8. Fragrance & Safety

  • All fragrance oils used are non-toxic and skin-safe.
  • Guests with sensitivities should notify pureglow in advance.
  • pureglow is not liable for reactions when instructions are not followed.

9. Payment Handling

  • If tickets are sold by the host or venue, payment to pureglow must follow the agreed-upon terms.
  • Materials are prepared in advance; delayed payments are not acceptable.

10. Respect the Experience

  • This is a guided workshop experience.
  • Guests are expected to follow instructions and treat materials, tools, and the instructor with respect.
